TransCor Welcomes Chad Rodgers as Vice President, Operations
Team TransCor,
Chad Rogers
I am pleased to announce that Chad Rogers will be joining TransCor as Vice President of Operations. Chad will officially start his journey with us on Monday, June 2, 2025, and will report directly to me. As Vice President, Chad will oversee all operations functions, ensuring safe and secure transport for those entrusted to our care, fostering strong customer relations, and implementing cost-effective strategies to meet our current and future organizational needs.
Chad brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. He began his career at CoreCivic (formerly known as CCA) in 1998, starting as a Correctional Officer at the Citrus County Detention Facility. Over the years, Chad has held numerous leadership positions in various facilities, eventually rising to the role of Assistant Warden. In 2018, he was promoted to Director of Partnership Development, where he provided valuable operations-related guidance to evaluate business opportunities and recommend effective strategies. By 2024, Chad had become the Managing Director of Partnership Development, leveraging his extensive experience with local, state, and federal populations to foster collaborative partnerships and drive growth for the organization. I am confident that his expertise and leadership will be instrumental in helping us achieve continued success.
Chad is a versatile leader who brings valuable cross-functional knowledge to every role he undertakes. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. Outside of work, Chad is a dedicated family man, married with two sons, who enjoys spending his free time outdoors.
Please join me in welcoming Chad to our team and supporting him as he transitions into his new role.
Sincerely,
Curt Sullivan
