Celebrating International Women's Day and Women's History Month

This month, we join the global community in celebrating this International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month. At TransCor, we believe all differences should be valued and celebrated. And I'd like to thank and applaud the strength, resiliency, and selfless contributions of the women of our company. From the Field to the Central Office, from Transportation Officer to Executive Leadership, their contributions are numerous and highly measurable. Their diversity is as vast and valuable as the areas in which they work. I'm so proud of each of them and their incredible work.

However, our industry in particular remains a male-dominated environment, and while we have made great strides forward to embrace equity and parity, I recognize that we can and must continue to advance opportunities for all. Today is an opportune time to reflect on the important role women have and continue to play in supporting our industry. It's important to acknowledge and celebrate the mindset shifts and the outcomes obtained through their passion, creativity, and leadership.
