Celebrating 30 Years of Public Service

Dear Team TransCor and CoreCivic Colleagues:

This week, on August 1, 2020, TransCor America will celebrate its 30th anniversary!   

Since our inception, TransCor has met ambitious objectives and created a rich history of milestones. Through the years, our business has evolved, but our vision has remained steadfast: to be the very best private prisoner transportation company in the United States. Our decades of success have flowed directly from that mission and our related core values and guiding principles. It bears witness to our employees’ unwavering commitment to Performance Driven By Excellence. 

Since 1990, TransCor has achieved numerous milestones. We have safely transported more than 2 million passengers and covered nearly 44 million miles through secure ground and air transports, both nationally and internationally. The numbers are large, but each passenger and mile is a testament to the countless hours, decisions, and sacrifices made by our team. And while it's rewarding to look back, it is even more exciting to look forward and appreciate the progress that is being made and the milestones yet to come.  

I would like to personally thank each of our employees (current and past), government partners, service suppliers, and fellow industry colleagues for their support over the past 30 years. A very special thank you to CoreCivic whose unwavering support and commitment has been a key factor to our continued success. Our success, industry recognition, and certainly this milestone would not have been possible without CoreCivic.
