Mary Ann Jackson

Today, I'm delighted to officially welcome Mary Ann Jackson to team TransCor. Mary Ann has accepted a newly created position as the company's first Managing Director, People and Culture. Mary Ann brings 25 years of experience in operations and human resources, specializing in organizational effectiveness, talent management, and leadership development.

Driven by her passion for cultivating high-performing cultures and achieving organizational success, Mary Ann exemplifies servant leadership, purpose-driven initiatives, and strategic vision. Most recently, as Director of Talent Management at Brookdale Senior Living, she implemented transformative strategies in talent management, leadership development, and DEI. Previously, as a Human Resources Business Partner at SVP Worldwide and Beretta USA, she aligned human capital strategies with business goals, enhancing organizational performance through strategic HR solutions. Her foundational experience at CoreCivic was instrumental in developing her operational and HR acumen, which she further refined in subsequent roles.

Mary Ann holds certifications in Hogan and 360 Degree Assessments, actively contributes to professional organizations like the Society for Human Resource Management and serves on the Executive Board of Directors for Advancing Women in Nashville. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Western Kentucky University.
