Dear Team TransCor,

This year has had a profound impact on all of us — personally and professionally. Together, we've faced natural disasters, personal losses and tragedies, economic upheaval, an ongoing pandemic, moments of unrest, important but difficult national conversations, heightened political rhetoric, and so much more. Simply put: This year hasn't been "business as usual."

Despite the challenges, this year has offered incredible moments of clarity about things that truly matter: family, community, service, and sacrifice for causes greater than our own selves. Together, we've been tested and changed for the better. From our Central Office support staff to our frontline Transportation Officers, I've continually witnessed the strength, dedication, and character of our team. Today, I sincerely believe we will end this year stronger, more united, and more proven than ever before.

I am incredibly grateful for you, the brave heroes of the correctional industry. You've worked tirelessly in support of those entrusted to our care. You've faced incredible difficulties with exceptional courage. You exemplify our shared values and I am truly honored to work alongside you. I couldn't be more proud of what you continue to accomplish every single day. I deeply proud I am be a part of TEAM TransCor.
