Please join me in welcoming Lynda Dixon to the company. Lynda will serve as an Administrative Assistant reporting directly to me and providing administrative support to the senior leadership team. Throughout this week, Lynda will be participating in an in-person on-boarding schedule with key-stakeholders at the Central Office.

Lynda Dixon began her impressive career over 30 years ago. Throughout her career, Lynda has worked as an administrative assistant/executive assistant in various industries prior to settling into corrections. Lynda joined CoreCivic (formerly CCA) 11 years ago as a part-time temporary employee in the Real Estate Department. Shortly thereafter, she was offered a full-time position as administrative assistant to the Vice President of Operations. During her time at the CoreCivic Facility Support Center (FSC), Lynda provided administrative support to multiple departments including; Operations, Security, and Human Resources. Lynda explains that over the years, the corrections industry became her passion and she feels blessed to have had the opportunity to work with and alongside so many amazing professionals. Lynda also shared with me that she is looking forward to becoming a contributing member to the TransCor Team.

Lynda is married to Ted Dixon and they have six children and five grandchildren. Ted is a retired Army National Guard Veteran who also served in the U.S. Navy. Both Lynda and Ted are active in the local Combat Veteran's Motorcycle Association chapter. Additionally, they enjoy camping, kayaking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
