As a country, we've never experienced an event with such a far-reaching impact on how we live and work as the COVID-19 pandemic. Now more than ever, it is vital that we remain vigilant. Like most public service providers, over the last several weeks we have had to adapt to an ever-changing environment filled with unprecedented challenges.

During challenging and uncertain times it would be far more tempting for some to observe from afar. But that is not who we are!
