Update Regarding COVID-19

Dear Team TransCor,

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, TransCor has focused significant efforts on planning to sustain our mission and ensure the safety of our employees and those entrusted to our care. While this important work continues, we understand that there is concern and uncertainty among some employees. Your personal health and well-being is critical. Please take care of yourself and each other.

Ensure you practice all of the good health guidelines from the CDC and follow the important pre and post trip sanitation procedures for yourself, the vehicles, and security equipment. I also encourage supervisors to meet with employees and have an open dialogue. Because every employee’s life situation is different, employees should feel comfortable speaking with their leaders about concerns or questions.

At present, the Central Office and all of our field offices remain open.

As a public safety provider, we fall into the Critical Infrastructure Industry of essential work. Our role is vital to ensuring that safe, secure, and humane transportation is readily available to the Federal and State Partners we serve. And while we don’t have all of the answers for what will happen with COVID-19, we continue to monitor advisories from government leaders and health professionals. The leadership team along with many subject matter experts across the industry are working diligently to address these shifting needs.

These are challenging and uncertain times, but I am confident that as a company and community, we can get through this together.

Thank you for your continued commitment to excellence.

Sincerely,

Curt Sullivan
President, TransCor
