Honoring the Women of TransCor and Beyond

Team TransCor,

Every March, we celebrate Women’s History Month. This annual event celebrates the women who have shaped our lives, society, and the world. This month, as we celebrate Women's History and today, I would like to express my deepest appreciation and respect for the incredible women who shape our organization every single day.

Most immediately, we honor our female team members, especially today on International Women's Day. Their dedication to our mission is key to our success at TransCor. This diversity extends from our frontline workers to the highest levels of our organization. We are proud of the 12 women in leadership roles here; on the Executive Team, in Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and in our Field Offices. We are also proud of the women who make up 40% of our workforce.

Beyond our own staff, this month serves as an important reminder of the debt of gratitude we owe to women throughout our collective and individual histories. From national leaders to personal friends and family, women have shaped every aspect of all of our lives. And while their value and just recognition haven't always been properly evaluated or expressed, we reaffirm our commitment to honor these women.

May we remain boundless in our gratitude and relentless in the pursuit of equality. And may you have a wonderful International Women's Day and Women’s History Month.
